They charge 10 dollars to park your car. This is not well disclosed in Expedia listing nor when we checked in

Staff was very nice but unfortunately the entire second floor smelled of second hand smoke. Room was also stinky but with an added layer of musty odor.

Charlotte is a halfway point for us to visit our grandkids in Atlanta. We had tried several Comfort Inn’s in the area and well, let’s just say we weren’t impressed. This Marriott however was significantly better at a similar price and we will use them from now on. Very comfortable room and bed, thick towels, water was hot and plentiful, quiet.

I usually love Marriott Courtyards, but this stay was disappointing. Positives: price the location is convenient for airport access, and the shuttle service is helpful. However, the atmosphere and maintenance were lacking. The fire alarm was sounding, and staff didn’t know how to handle it. Fire safety doors were left wide open, which is a serious concern. The room was poorly maintained—broken shower and AC, mold, mildew, hair, and a sticky remote. Carpets were dirty, and elevator buttons were broken. The café was closed in the evening due to staffing issues, with very limited food options available. When I reported the issues, I was offered a room switch, but the new room hadn’t been cleaned yet, even at 5 PM. Multiple rooms had doors left ajar and appeared vacant. Overall, poor cleanliness and customer service made this experience far below my expectations

Perfect airport hotel. Room was comfortable, A/C, bed, TV, bathroom. The Staff!!!! From front desk to the Bistro (bar and restaurant) were lovely, knowledgeable and mostly all were focused on making life easier/better for us while we were there. generous checkout flexibility, booked a transfer back to the airport. And, five minutes or so from the terminal. special shout out to Carly whose Manhattan was one of the best we've had. We got in a bit late, but Carly assured us that she would ensure we got fed before closing.
