"Amazing hotel with amazing staff in amazing and special Bacalar !!!"

We loved every minute of our stay. The hotel is super clean and perfectly located close to everything. Communication was excellent, and the owner was incredibly helpful—she even gave us a ride! On top of that, she arranged a fantastic catamaran trip with a captain for us, which was a highlight of our vacation. We highly recommend this wonderful hotel !!

"Petit hôtel familial dans un cadre idyllique."

Emplacement parfait. A 2 pas de la lagune. Le personnel est agréable et arrangeant, la patronne nous a même ramené à la station ADO. Le service d’excursion était top. Et le petit cadeau de fin qui fait plaisir.

Die Terrasse und das Personal Der schöne Garten

Der Pool wurde nie richtig gereinigt und war daher unbrauchbar Das laute Geplätschere des Wasserfalls nervt Hunde und Katzen die auf dem Tisch rumlaufen Im Spiegel sieht man nichts da kein Licht
