Das Hotel ist noch schöner als auf den Fotos! Die Lage ist optimal – alles ist bequem zu Fuß erreichbar. Was wirklich heraussticht, sind die Mitarbeiter: Alle sind sehr bemüht, herzlich und hilfsbereit. Man wird bei allen Anliegen unterstützt und fühlt sich sofort willkommen. Wir haben uns wirklich wie zu Hause gefühlt.

"Wunderschöne Unterkunft in Bacalar!"

Eine wunderschöne Unterkunft in Bacalar. Man kann Touren über das Hotel buchen (vor allem die Sunrise SUP Tour kann ich empfehlen!). Das Frühstück ist gut und man hat diverse Auswahlmöglichkeiten. Generell hat die Unterkunft alles was man braucht: Föhn, Poolhandtücher, Liegemöglichkeiten, wunderschönen Innenhof, Katzen und Hunde. Die Kommunikation über WhatsApp funktioniert einwandfrei. Das Personal ist bemüht und stets freundlich. Wir haben es bereut, dass wir nur eine Nacht hier waren. Lieber länger in Baclar bleiben!
