Casa Chukum - Hotel Boutique

A great boutique style hotel with comfortable rooms, a beautiful garden with pool and quirky decor. Easy walking distance of the lake and the centre. The staff here are the real treat, universally charming and helpful, giving great recommendations and helping us out with the Tren Maya booking.

I had a perfect stay at Casa Chukum! Special thanks to Mar for her kindness and for all her great recommendations. I would definitely come back!

Location was great and the staff was very friendly. I adored the 2 cats that were at the hotel who were very sweet. The breakfast was very good albeit it not overly fast which was fine with me, just know that in case you have to leave to catch a tour or transport.

Shampoo and conditioner were eco friendly which is great for the environment, unfortunately my hair doesn't love it. If you are similar pack your own shampoo with you. Wish that there was more space for toiletries near the sink and space to store clothes (had to leave in my bag for the whole time I was there)

Nous avons attendu 1h pour avoir notre chambre, on nous a offert une boisson mais dans la chaleur de l accueil c était très long. Lit double très petit. Porte coulissante de la salle de bain pas pratique et très bruyante. Odeur d égout assez forte au niveau de la piscine.

L extérieur avec la végétation et les chats qui se promenaient.

La propreté de la chambre (sol collant) et les coussins (taches). Prix élevé.

Très bon déjeuner. Personnel avenant et sympathique. Belle ambiance avec tous les objets décoratifs. Lit confortable.

Service du déjeuner un peu lent et à partir de 8 heures seulement.

Schönes Zimmer, sehr gute Dusche und liebevoll eingerichtet.
