I just wanted to express our gratitude for the wonderful service we had with the Photography Concierge at the Ritz-Carlton, Naples. Every aspect of their service was friendly, helpful, and professional - from booking, the actual session, to the ordering phase. Sharon, our photographer, made the session a ton of fun and we were able to make such nice memories taking pictures at sunset at the beach. The pictures she took will soon be displayed in our home, and we are so grateful for them. Thank you!

This resort truly exceeded my expectations! The staff was extremely proficient, courteous, and generous with their time, especially Alaz, Jacob, Derrick, Kevin and Kathy. I would not hesitate to stay here again any time of year. We were celebrating my cousin's birthday, and Alaz went out of her way to make the vacation special for her. The resort upgraded us to an oceanfront suite. Amazing!!!! If you have the opportunity, I would pick oceanfront and upgrade to have access to the club. You will not be disappointed. Thank you so much to Esmeralda and the rest of the staff in the club. They were wonderful.

Phenomenal experience! We absolutely enjoyed our time at the Ritz! The Ritz was the perfect ending to our family vacation. We were pleasantly surprised to see our room was upgraded without additional cost prior to our arrival. Once we arrived, we learned about the Club option and requested a tour. We decided it was a great option for our family and decided to add this to our stay. The staff at the Club made our trip! We couldn’t ask for anything more. Everyone in the Club truly did everything and anything possible. From housekeeping to Club staff everyone went above and beyond. Our children wanted to take a bath and the housekeeper stopped for our turndown service and without hesitation cleaned the bathtub. One of the best services I’ve ever received. The hotel grounds are immaculate, no detail is overlooked. We cannot wait to be back!

It’s a depersonalized place this Ritz, as most are, with mediocre food and service that repeatedly miss the mark.

Chris was amazing!!! We did family pictures while at the Ritz Carlton Naples. During our session he took his time checking the lighting and making sure he was able to get the best shots possible. He took our teenage son’s ideas into consideration as well (he loves photography). Chris had the edits done sooner than we expected and they turned out amazing!!! It was incredibly hard to choose favorites because we loved them all. I would definitely recommend Chris!

Absolutely overpriced for the level of service offered. We wanted to dine at the Gumbo Grill, and when we arrived, despite there being several empty tables, we were told they were fully compromised for the evening. They offered us seating in some distant tables without table service and to order on our own as “take out.” When we confronted Mr. Cervantes and asked why we couldn’t be seated despite several empty tables, he was beyond rude and said it’s up to managers discretion if new people coming in are seated. Basically he sat other people but not us, which was completely unacceptable and left us disgusted. He did nothing to at least compensate for the situation. For what you’re paying at this hotel, you should never experience this type of service. He brushed us off in such a rude manner that I will never be returning to this hotel. My extended family frequents this hotel as well and will not be returning after this experience. Talk about terrible management, this individual should be fired for the rude and indifferent way he treated us.
