The resort was fabulous as always! We knocked out Christmas pictures in July and they turned out great. Chris, the photographer was great and even made peppa pig sounds to make my daughter laugh.

Hotel é muito bom, ótima estrutura, restaurantes e serviço impecável.

Serviço de limpeza as 9hs da manhã com aspirador de pó a todo volume acordando os hóspedes. Bar da praia que deveria dar preferência de lugar aos hóspedes e não a quem não está hospedado.

"A great stay"

We stayed for 3 nights as part of a broader trip around Florida. This is a beautiful resort, with gorgeous grounds and a lovely beach and it was our third time visiting. Our room had a full ocean view and was great in every respect. We ate in the beach bar - Gumbo Limbo one evening to watch the sunset, which didn't disappoint - the server did mix up our wine order, but we drank it anyway! Overall, our stay was great, but we did have a few niggles.. Firstly, the adult pool was closed for repairs on our third and last day. We hadn't been told about that either prior to the visit or on checking in and we had selected the hotel because it had an adult pool. (However, we mentioned this when checking out and were given a reduction on our stay, which was a nice touch an great customer service.) As a result, we spent one day at the Family Pool and were disappointed to find that the guy at the pool cabana was surly and unfriendly - a direct contrast to the guy in the Cabana at the Adults pool who was super friendly, very funny and really helpful. (eg bringing new towels without us asking because he thought ours looked a bit wet!) The only other point we would make relates to cleanliness. On a number of occasions, we walked past dirty dishes and trash outside rooms on the corridor - some of which was there all night from 6pm and some all day. In a 5 star resort, we would expect that this is picked up asap - bearing in mind the number of housekeepers we saw each day. Overall though, it was great and we would definitely come back.
