It was just perfect. Clean and had all cooking facilities. Could not fault the flat.

Clear instructions to find keysafe and enter code. Great location for apartment and easy off street parking with plenty of spaces. Clear instructions for appliances.

It was filthy. The carpets and walls were disgusting. I found an old stale piece of toast under the sofa when retrieving my sons toy (thankfully before he found it). The bathroom wall had paint/plaster peeling off into the bath where we had to bathe the children. The carpets were pulling away at the thresholds leaving the sharp barbs exposed to be stood on. The chair in the master bedroom was broken. Beds springy, noisy and uncomfortable. Half of the baking sheets were dirty with food or the non-stick was peeling off. 4 of the kitchen lights were not working. Had to contact the management company to be able to open any windows (they were very prompt in replying at least).

Location. Price.

It could have been cleaner. Carpets were dirty. The shower en suite was showing signs of age and needs maintenance with slight mould on silicon seals. Water ingress appears in lounge and bathrooms.

We visited as we had a wedding nearby . The properly is a lot bigger than in the photos which was a massive plus ! However there is several broken plug sockets ,broken iron , very uncomfortable bed in one room and a half finished bathroom which wasn’t stated on the booking. We also had to pay an extra £20 fee after paying for the overall booking which we didn’t anticipate I would also add the property is very dusty and does need a deep clean Overall it was okay for as we weren’t in the property for long but if staying for longer may not be ideal
