Easy to get to, lovely water pressure and clean shower, very comfortable bed

There was an immigration raid while we were there which was quite intimidating and soured the holiday a bit

Apartment was clean and well maintained.

It was in a great location, walking distance to metro. Room was nice and bed was comfortable. The place was clean. The host was very communicative and helpful

The street was a bit noisy from cars and also the pigeons on the balcony. There was no shampoo or soap in the second bathroom.

A little bit of traffic noise to be expected in a big city.

It takes 15 minutes to get here when you walk the slope street from the Arroios station with your luggage, but it's actually 5 minute walking distance. I booked Queen room and it looks the same as the pics show. The place was comfortably clean (it depends on guests as well), few times WiFi didn't work well probably because the number of guests. I made a reservation a few months ago with one of my requirement, washing machine, but when I got here it was out of service. But then, it gave me a small adventure to see the area carefully which was great. Anna, the host was always trying to be helpful, and I really appreciate her kindness.

The water boiler didn't work in the morning of my check-out day, then I couldn't have shower which affected my entire plans for the day.

the toilet and shower is clean and the location is amazing.

lack of staff that's why the room clearing is not done by dairy. And it is on the 3rd floor but no elevator on that building.
