Separate room and ironing possibility

Location, was not that good eventually for my purposes. Quite noisy

The bathroom was very clean.

The room is very small and next to a loud road.

the location was good, close to metro. beds were comfortable and towels provided.

there was absolutely no air conditioning and the fan that was provided in the room was entirely useless. it barely worked. one of the bathrooms was very nice while the other was a bit gross. the shower had a stained yellow floor mat and the shower head was broken and had to be held in place. there was also nowhere to leave your toiletries so they had to go on the shower floor (a little shelf would be nice). we also asked to leave our bags a few hours after checkout and were informed that we would have to pay the price for half of a night (which is ridiculous given you can leave luggage at locker storage for 5€). the washer was also broken which is something I look to when booking accommodations.

Bathrooms have a great general cleanliness, properly cleaned every day. Good amount space within the room. Free Wifi, good speed. Good security systems, multiple layers. Towel, fan, and small TV provided. Full kitchen facility available to use including fridge/freezer so that's great. Toilets have high quality toilet paper always available. Shower has good temperatures and water pressure. Excellent exhaust system in bathrooms - so no odours. Host Anna takes good pride keeping the place well - this is noticeable.

Bedsheets not super clean, found hair and one of the pillow cases was sweat stained. The bedsheet quality is not very smooth and quite thin. Would be good if towel replacement/washing is offered. Not enough hooks in bathrooms. You have to bring your own soap/shampoo, and there is nowhere to place it during shower except the floor. It would be good if the washing machine was available for use. The shower head holders are broken and at an inconvenient height. Showers do not drain well, constant flood of water over feet during shower. All room door handles and locks are ancient and clunky, and makes a noise.

The room and common bathroom was clean.

The room was very small and had a bad smell. Badly isolated as the all the noise from the street entered the room when balcony door was closed. Common area could be cleaner and is a bit small for so many rooms to share.

Fully equippted kitchen, two bathrooms.

The bed was quite uncomfortable.
