HL Suite Nardos - Only Adults

My wife and I have only stayed in one hotel when holidaying. We normally opt for a private Villa but because we were travelling with adult friends we thought we would try something different. This Hotel exceeded our expectations. The communication prior to the holiday was brilliant from the staff. The hotel itself was amazing and the description on the website is exactly what we experienced from our spacious ground floor suite & jacuzzi to the roof top bar! Everything was beyond what we expected. The room was cleaned daily and fresh towels both in the room and poolside/beach towels were available when you needed them. Toiletries were a nice surprise with soap, shampoo, toothbrushes and toothpaste even a razor with shaving gel! Nothing was too much trouble for the staff, always smiling and cheerful. Entertainment every evening was lovely although we tended to be out most nights and it finished at 11.00pm. The location is just about perfect, literally 150mtrs from beach and a huge choice of bars, restaurant's, shops and nightlife around you. We would have scored a 10/10 but for a couple of small minor observations but overall we will defiantly be going back again

As I said there were just a couple of observations. The pool where we were looked a bit tired with a few mosaic tiles missing in the pool and a few plastic vent covers were loose and didn't fit properly. There is a post right outside our suit 151 which was loose and if knocked could have given someone a nasty toe ache. When walking in the wellbeing SPA it looked exactly as per the photo's but sadly the Steam room was not working as was the two jet shower operating pads. One was completely unusable as it was blacked out and whilst the other one did work we couldn't find the option to change language from German to English so spent more time guessing how to use it rather than actually enjoying it.

Breakfast was great , hotel views amazing and staff were very welcoming

Appreciate if the room could have some tea and coffee . I had a kettle but no tea coffee or milk .

The staff were amazing, the sky bar was fabulous, and the spa is fantastic

We had a deluxe junior, sweet and good. The money we paid the beds were not very comfortable, and the pillows were desperate
