HL Suite Nardos - Only Adults

Good location in town and near beach. Front desk people were helpful in finding local services. Room was nice with a sea view from suites on the third floor.

Hot water would get much hotter after being set at moderate level of comfort. Heat was difficult to set with remote. Breakfast food was mediocre. Coffee service was restrained. Fruit selection was inadequate.

The hotel was lovely and clean, well maintained. The staff are extremely polite helpful & friendly.

Over the last couple of years we have been at this hotel we have noticed that more and more people are taking there bikes to Gran Canaria. We always take our own bikes the storage for the bikes is with everyone s luggage in a small room. Which is very secure. Unfortunately this room is no longer adequate for luggage and the amount of bikes that were there. As you are not allowed your bike in your room I feel they need to find an alternative bike store.

Nice and varied breakfast, great location, close to anything you'd ever need. Very nice and polite staff. Good facilitys, like the gym, pools and rooftop.

The cleaners come at very varied times. Anywhere between 09-14, which can be annoying and disruptive if you plan to stay in. They do a good job when cleaning though. The bed was also very hard. Not comfortable. The Wifi was vey weak in the room, signal often cuts out, and the 4g/5g signal was poor in the Nardos building.

We came back as we had such a great stay last year. 45 mins late getting in room. Booked 7 months ahead requesting a specific room not on ground floor. Were given ground floor! Which smelt very strongly of sewage. Had to move rooms to another ground floor room with absolutely zero privacy. People constantly looking in room and the terrace was open plan into pool area. Maintenance would just appear on our terrace area unexpectedly tinkering with hot tub which over looks room. Water in new room tasted and smelt like chemicals I imagine after treating sewage issue. Sad to write this having had such a fab time last year. Despite this hotel itself was fab, food was excellent with such a variety and staff lovely. We fully intended on staying next year now unfortunately won’t be.

the wellness and spa - 50% of available objects worked, we informed the reception but it wasn't improved till the end of our stay. Additionally we had to book the spa at the certain hour and it occurred to be overbooked and we were not allowed to use spa fully.

Roof terrace.

Bad presentations of food. Messy and not appetizing. You have all inclusive but end up paying for the smallest items. Shower was eather ice cold or burning hot. Pillows were rock hard. Ended up checking in at Radisson in stead. HL is not adding up in terms of value for money.

This hotel is amazing. It s in the Perfect location. The staff are so friendly, the hotel is spotless.. Great selection of food which we enjoyed as we were half board. We would definitely stay here again.
