Loved this gem of a b&b. Captured the essence of the beautiful Lake Districts. Hosts were so welcoming, went the extra mile to book us a place for dinner nearby and the home made cake was out of this world. Exceptional quality through and through. Highly recommended.

Absolutely nothing! As close to faultless as one can be. We'll be back.

he place is really beautiful and quiet. Perfect location if you want to do some hiking, as it is right on the coast to coast path and you can do several hikes from there. Also, it’s only a 30 minute walk away from Glenridding. The hosts are super attentive and very nice, we booked for one night but ended up staying two because it was such a wonderful experience 😊 The breakfast and homemade cakes were delicious too

Exceptional cosy B&B in a beautiful, quiet area of Patterdale. Lots of great walks nearby and the barn itself is on a beautiful piece of land with its own Wool shop, and sheep in the land. Thoroughly enjoyed the tasty breakfast, with such a great choice of fruits, yoghurts, full English, cereals etc. The beds are very comfortable, had the best nights sleep and the rooms are great size and done to a high quality standard. The owners are great, so friendly & welcoming & really go out of their way with small extra touches, like freshly baked cake on arrivals. Would 100% recommend buying their deli grazing boards, very delicious and great value for money!

Everything was perfect! Could not fault at all.
