Crookabeck B&B

Great help when arriving late in the evening, was given a lift to the pub by the host to get last orders on food! Great walk recommendations. Would stay again.

Breakfast for vegetarians can be mixed - but this one was great with varieties of hot / cooked platters with fruit, museli and yoghurt. Wonderful coffee & toast as well - a great breakfast!

There was nothing to find fault with - the rooms, the welcome and the cooking and location of the B&B were all brilliant!

Adam & Julia were amazing hosts .The property is excellent. The bedroom was spacious yet very cosy. The bedroom is well appointed, clean, warm and super comfortable with all amenities you would expect in a premium B&B. The guest lounge / breakfast room is also very cosy and well equipped. The breakfast was delicious and very well prepared. There was a superb selection of premium cereal, fresh fruits, milk and juices. The cooked breakfast was equally delicious with each of the breakfast items carefully cooked to a high standard. The Crookabeck B&B is an amazing place and I can’t recommend it enough.

Set in an extraordinarily beautiful location, peaceful and picturesque. Perfect hosts with an eye for detail. Delicious food which was locally sourced and great quality. Tons of space in the rooms with quality furniture and fittings, everything spotless.

We would like to make some suggestions only. A rack for wellington boots outside the entrance door and change the pillows to a slightly firmer filling to match the support the mattress offers.

We loved everything about this B&B!! Can't wait to come back. The location was stunning with easy access to gorgeous walks. The breakfast was delicious with veggie options too. The hosts Adam and Julia were absolutely brilliant and helpful - we needed advice on walks and they provided lots of advice and suggested routes. Loved having the option of packed lunch too.
