The beds were super comfy , the full English was probably the best I've ever had , Julia and Adam were very welcoming hosts , would definitely stay there again .

Absolutely gorgeous property. Had an excellent nights sleep in a very comfy bed. Breakfast was superb. Lovely ingredients and cooked perfectly. The hosts were very friendly and accommodating.

Beautiful location, amenities a short walk and really handy for lovely walks around Ullswater & Helvelyn area. Adam and Julia were super hosts- thank you.

Incredibly impressed with everything from start to finish. A very professional yet friendly, hospitable place to stay. Superb hosts.

The only thing I can think of would be to have a small jug of fresh milk in the fridge in the communal area. We love teas and coffees throughout the day and evening but used all of the little pots of milk in the room. I am certain the hosts would have provided us with some extra, no problem at all, had we asked. One other thing I would add, would be some cushions on the beautiful dining room chairs just for that extra bit of comfort. These are purely personal requirements and I do feel the hosts have literally thought of everything. I needed some hairspray at the last minute and the lovely owner came to the rescue with some that she had.
