Clean, friendly staff, beautiful!

This was my husband and I second time staying there. We love Orchid House, it's like being in an exotic tree house. Love the swim up bar, it's small pool, but it does the trick. Welcome drink is delicious and their cocktails and food are very good and they have healthy options available. Recommend renting a bike a trying all the many restaurants Tulum has to offer.

Wish there were lounger chairs by the pool, but that is minor compared to the overall hotel experience.

What a wonderful stay! Rooms are clean, staff is friendly, there’s pools, restaurant, bar. Truly a jungle paradise and I would definitely recommend to others. Communication with the front desk is easy and they respond fast if you need room service or your room cleaned or recommendations of activities.

Unique garden hotel in a rainforest setting. Rooms are very comfortable and calming. The shower was great and the outdoor area had a private bath/mini pool, which we unfortunately didn't get to use. Food in the restaurant was very good as was the service.

Excellent staff that was very accommodating. Place was pretty and very clean. Area around was very safe.
