The stay was fantastic. We had the pleasure of staying in the suite with the private jacuzzi. Absolutely stunning. It is definitely very much a getaway destination, gives off a “retreat” vibe. I highly recommend staying here if you like to relax and be away from the city while still being within 20 minutes of el Centro. I definitely plan on going back and hopefully getting the same room. The staff was very attentive, at the front desk both women were absolutely kind and helpful as well as just pleasant to speak with. They also were very responsive through their whatsapp and recommended a fantastic driver! They also have parking for your mulas or bikes so I recommend renting one for part of your stay.

The only thing worth mentioning that needs improvement is the food. The drinks made by Isaac were great. And I’m sure I just picked items on the menu that weren’t a specialty. However, it is such a big menu that I got overwhelmed. I would recommend cutting the menu in half and leaving the best items. Especially because we were told that some people staying at the island relied on taxis to get around, so having great food on the spot might be important to them. The food wasn’t terrible, please don’t misunderstand, it just definitely could improve in flavor.

We recently had the pleasure of staying at the Hotel Boutique Miraflores in San Andrés, and it was truly a fantastic experience from start to finish. A massive thank you must go to Ales and the entire team for looking after us so incredibly well. Their attentiveness and warm hospitality made us feel welcome and genuinely cared for throughout our stay. Our room was lovely and comfortable, providing a perfect retreat after a day of exploring the island. A wonderful surprise was the generous upgrade we received on our last day – it was the perfect way to conclude our trip! What really sets Miraflores apart is the evident pride and care they take in their property. I loved seeing how meticulously they look after the hotel grounds and park; everything is immaculate. Furthermore, I was so happy and impressed to see how well they look after their pets. Chispas was a little star! It was beautiful to see how healthy and well-loved he is. It’s often said that when people take such good care of their pets, you know they will be good to their guests, and this was certainly the case here. For anyone seeking a boutique, heartfelt, and beautifully maintained stay in San Andrés, we highly recommend Hotel Boutique Miraflores!

A estrutura tem tudo para ficar impecável, mas a cabana 5 NÃO tinha funcionamento básico para nos receber. Estava nítido que éramos os primeiros hóspedes e foi lastimável perceber que a ducha não tinha pressão, tampouco água quente. Não havia lixeira , suporte para toalha , pilhas para controle de TV e sequer papel higiênico disponível. O ar condicionado drenava água para o interior da acomodação, mas ãquela altura , já cansados, nem reclamamos. Senhora Tatiana se prontificou a nos mudar de acomodação, porém só na segunda diária. Ofertou um jantar cortesia pelo ocorrido, mas nem isso tivemos , já que nos cobraram pelo mesmo no check out. Pelo valor cobrado pela diária , a falta de profissionalismo de quem nos fez entrar numa acomodação imprópria é absurda. Esperamos que isso não se repita com outros hóspedes.

Procuramos o hotel justamente por ser afastado do centro e silencioso, de fato é assim. Os quartos são confortáveis e grandes. A piscina é boa também. Gostei da localização, pois logo em frente ao hotel há um ótimo ponto para nadar e mergulhar.

Péssima experiência, especialmente com o restaurante. O atendimento no café da manhã é extremamente lento e feito com má vontade. Não é exagero: em um dos dias, entre sentarmos à mesa e recebermos o omelete, se passaram 1h20 (sentamos às 8h e a comida chegou às 9h20). Começamos o dia irritados, todos os dias, por causa disso. O café da manhã é à la carte e muito fraco: poucas fatias de frutas, café frio, leite frio. Se você pedir açúcar, provavelmente receberá quando o café já estiver ainda mais frio. Não havia adoçante disponível. As opções de proteínas são poucas e mal servidas. Custava muito ter ao menos um buffet simples para água, café, pães e frutas? A internet é ruim e praticamente não funciona nos quartos. Esqueça a ideia de ver um filme à noite para relaxar. O jantar é bom, mas o preço é praticamente o dobro do que se pagaria em um restaurante similar no centro. A estrutura do hotel é espalhada demais: tudo é muito longe, não há um espaço de fitness e os quartos são afastados, sem sequer um telefone para contato com a recepção. Em caso de necessidade, você simplesmente não tem como se comunicar com facilidade. No geral, o hotel frustra bastante e não oferece o mínimo de conforto e praticidade que se espera pelo valor cobrado.

Nice property, but still seems to be under development

It was very disappointing that the staff pretended they lost the key to the bugey when we got back the first night. It is a walk to the rooms so they should always offer and be ready to give this service. The whole act that they lost the key was hillarious. Also, charging for late check out to 2pm? It didnt seem like they had anyone coming to use the room anyways!

Great staff, specially Andres. Great guy.

Breakfast could be better.
