Once you booked on booking.com they send you inumerous emails to check in on their own platform asking personal information and your arrival time. When we arrived at the adress, the keys were not in the box, we had to call them, wait for someone under the rain, leave a 250€ deposit to get the keys to get to the appatement that hasn't been cleaned... The building was dirty and falling appart.

Great location, apartment is near everything you need - shops, cafes, restaurants, city sights. Apartment is fully self-contained and walking distance to all of Lisbon's must-see and do places.

The only issue was we arrived after midnight only to find the apartment was filthy, hadn't been cleaned from the previous guests stay, which is not good enough considering we had booked months ahead of time. No clean linen, beds weren't made, rubbish and no towels. The cleaners came the next day around noon, we didn't get clean towels until late afternoon. The person who delivered the key told us we could go to a hotel, like in the middle of the night. The property offered a one night refund - still waiting for this to happen or a reply...

Property was generally clean, spacious for three people, good location.

Total lack of clear instructions and information on Key collection. You have to collect the keys from reception - it is not made clear the reception is not at the apartment building info for reception is all about leaving luggage NOT collecting keys. No instructions on how anything worked in the apartment. The management company Homing are awful -the place was left clean and today as per comments on my booking receipt yet I am still waiting for my deposit back five weeks later management do not respond to any emails or contact requests all left to reception area staff who have limited access to any other system.

I like the host cooperation and understanding. He was so communicative and he arrived at the same time we arrived. He was friendly.

The room was great But the stairs to reach the rooms are hard as it is in the almost 5th floor with no elevator. Overall is good but proper maintenance is required.

The person in charge of checkin in the office was not professional. Basically he was rude. I did not like that. Minus 4th floor no elevator

Cleaning was late, did the check in at the apartment at 15h, as arranged previously, and wasn’t cleaned from the previous guests. Had to wait until 19h for the apartment to be fully cleaned, after having to ask multiple times. Unprofessional check-in, did not show us the apartment, just gave the key and left. The sofa had several stains, giving us a sense of discomfort. On top, the stairway has a window with direct access to a restaurant, meaning the stairwell had a constant strong smell of food.

We had to collect the keys 1,3 km away from the apartment. In the top rooms it was pretty quite but for people sleeping in the living room on then sofa it was a nightmare. The windows bring no sound isolation and drunk people were shouting all night long. Apart from that the shower knob is broken.

Good location

Not enough attention to detail considering the price, please see the following: Heater does not work. Out of four pans in the top cupboard only one works on the induction oven top. Induction pans should be supplied. No T towel No dish cloth No sink plug. The lock on the front door fell apart, we had to fix it. Lights in the stair well at the bottom not working pitch black and dangerous at night time. Tv screen broken, line across screen when turned on. Sofa back cushions missing. Making it very uncomfortable to sit on the sofa.
