Great location. Lovely polite staff

Was quite grubby and rundown. There was no way to make tea in the bedroom. It was extremely expensive for a place where they don’t even have a kettle.

Super Lage, sehr schönes Hotel und leckeres Frühstück! Auch das Personal war sehr nett!

Die Sauberkeit des Zimmers war bei unserer Ankunft zunächst sehr gut. Leider hat die Qualität der Reinigung während unseres Aufenthalts stark nachgelassen. Trotz der täglichen Zimmerreinigung wurde offenbar nie gestaubsaugt. Auch das Badezimmer und die Toilette wurden während unseres Aufenthalts nicht regelmäßig gereinigt. Dadurch ließ die Hygiene insgesamt deutlich zu wünschen übrig und entsprach leider nicht unseren Erwartungen.

Die Lage ist top

Für 4 Sterne hotel, keine Kaffeemaschine, kein wasserkocher (auf Nachfrage doch), ohne Frühstück gebucht (teuer 21,90 pro Person und tag), nicht sehr sauber, Zimmer schlampig gemacht, Teppich extrem abgewohnt, keine minibar , das niveau hatten wir noch nie bei 4 Sterne hotels.
