"ok stay would not recommend"

Staff when setting up reservation. Explained that my daughter and friend were staying and if they could stay inside

She got there, room was not ready inside so she had to be moved to an outside room. Staff on was sketchy

"The bbuilding is old, but the PRICE IS RIGHT!"

Breakfast was suer. Fresh made mini waffels. Kitchen help brought the finished waffelas to my table. Among other types, they had raisin bread for tloasting!

Good stay for a couple of days. Breakfast was good. Hotel needs a little updating but everything was clean and stay was comfortable. Front desk was friendly and very accommodating

"Rough Stay — Wouldn’t Repeat"

Booked this for a park and fly deal, and the only thing that worked was the parking. The room was in terrible shape — an awful bed, burned out bulbs, stained ceiling, missing bathroom light covers with exposed wires, and no hot water. That’s not a minor oversight; that’s basic neglect. The HotelExpress shuttle was just as bad. It took 15 rings to get someone on the phone, and the shuttle didn’t show up for over 30 minutes, completely derailing my schedule. This stay wasn’t just disappointing — it was unacceptable. Management needs to fix these issues immediately for other that may visit, as I will never stay there.

"Steelers Thanksgiving weekend"

It was centrally located to the places we wanted to go and see. Was relatively clean, the only issue was a crack in the that left some pretty cold air in, but the heating system was excellent.Breakfast was good. The staff was nice. The shower Was excellent great water pressure.

That's where little on the firm side for me. As I said before, there was a quarter inch gap in the door that let in quite a bit of cold air, but the heater Compensated for the draft .
