Days Inn by Wyndham Novato/San Francisco

Pet friendly, good location, friendly staff. My only complaint is there is not enough sound proofing. Could hear neighbor's conversation and tv all night long.

Fine for a low standard stay, but the AC/HVAC is shot from decades of smoking, it unfortunately still smells like ann ashtray — and I’m a smoker. Otherwise the front desk staff is amazing, above and beyond. Cows in the morning! Area is cute and has a lovely little pool oasis out back. Great if you want to cut the price on a wine country trip, Sonoma/Napa about 30-45 mins away and easy to get to. Not great if you’re smell sensitive.

This was conveniently situated by the freeway but despite this the room was quiet. Being on the ground floor it had patio doors that opened in to the central pool area. Easy drive over the Golden Gate.

Some insects but only to be expected as next to open land

Staff was rude on check-in, denying knowledge of our cot bed request. Fortunately we had family nearby who helped us out. Not what was needed after a flight from Europe.

Absolutely Awful Experience This was hands down the worst hotel stay of my life. When guests in the adjoining room were having a loud domestic dispute that woke and terrified my children at 1am, the front desk clerk dismissed my concerns, claiming he "couldn't hear anything" and implying I was lying. After arguing, we finally got moved to another room. The replacement room was equally horrible - a water pump in the wall violently shook the entire room when it operated, the bedding was stained, lamp shades were cracked and dirty, and the air conditioning didn't work. The hot tub was cold, the refrigerator had no shelves and barely functioned, and the ceiling was covered in mold and dead insects. Every staff interaction was rude and unprofessional. We were so miserable we checked out at midnight to drive home rather than stay the second night. When returning our keys, the night clerk's only response was "well you're still gonna pay" before walking away. The room conditions were unsanitary, the facilities didn't work, and the staff showed zero concern for guest safety or satisfaction. Save your money and stay anywhere else.

It was very clean and safe with lots of parking. The staff was exceptional at accommodating my need for a later checkout. It was very basic but clean and functional.

El hotel ofrece desayuno en la página de Booking. Sin embargo, no es un desayuno real. Apenas ofrece cafe, agua caliente para te y cereales. Deberia existir una categoria dentro do propio Booking para diferenciar hoteles que ofrecen o mínimo básico para iniciar el día y los que ofrecen desayuno verdadero.

Nice affordable lodging in pricey Novato. Rooms somewhat dated but nice and clean. limited access to microwaves, and coffee makers. Not much in the way of breakfast....
