Quality Inn & Suites Easley - Greenville

I needed a place to stay after hurricane Helene knocked out my power. When i arrived at the property they also didnt have power. I did not check in and they refused to give me a Why would i pay to stay somewhere with not electricity if that is the reason i needed a room in the first place.

The lady at the desk was nice.

The motel is run down, had no power, the website listed a telephone number no longer in service, and people were just hanging out of the rooms in a threatening manner. Tried to call for two days to see about the condition but had no telephone number. Called the CHOICE Customer Service and they had no contact number that worked so emailed them to call but never called me back. Bookings would not refund my money even though I tried to cancel before the deadline. They would only give me back half of a refund if I booked one of their other motels in the area for that same night. Will never use Booking.com again. Terrible customer service and false information.

Picture and property needs to be updated bed uncomfortable floors wet and nasty bathrooms leaking Undesirable guest around party drinking making noise all night couple fighting police called key card did not work and it did not come from hurricane Helene we where before the bad weather rooms smelled like moles after the city was lite up the hotel still had no power owner just a slum lord health department needs to shut it down. None of us where offer a discounted rate or anything never in life again

No generator. The power was out the last two days of our stay.

The rooms were nasty and had a terrible smell, the carpet was stained and smelled horrible. The doors wasn't secure enough. The lights went out during the storm and they didn't have a generator. My family and I had to live in a hot smelly room for 2 nights and they didn't offer a discount.

This motel has obviously been renovated, but not super recently. The room and bathroom was very clean and all the linens and fixtures were in great working condition - lights, TV, fridge, coffee maker, hair dryer. The one downside is the old motel smell. To be fair, it didn’t smell like an old ashtray, like so many other old motels, but I wonder what else could be done to freshen the air? Maybe it’s difficult with wall units that are filtering air from the outside where other people are smoking and car exhaust is coming in from the parking lot and nearby highway?

The property is being renovated. The room was clean but had a musty smell. The mattress seemed new and was very comfortable. My room was by the stairs so it was noisy.

Bed was comfortable and good shower pressure! There did appear to be a weird stain near the shower drain.
