The location, the price

I had to go buy a plunger because the toilet wouldn’t flush, we were only able to swim in the pool one day out of 4, the “breakfast” was cold and awful, there was no freezer. It kept dripping and turned all of our food soggy. The jets in the tub didn’t work because the water couldn’t fill up high enough because the plug didn’t work.

The first room we were had plumbing issues and a semi-functioning ac and they wanted to send maintenance in to fix it. We asked for another room and they did allow us to move. The 2nd room had 2 lamps plugged into a wall outlet that did not work. The breakfast was also very poor. It appeared to just be reheated food from day to day. We will not be staying here again.

We stopped as we were tired. Paid for the room with our CC. Opened the door to our room and promptly went back to the office for a refund!! Absolutely disgusting place! The girl at the desk said a Manager would have to do the refund! The next morning I checked our card... Ni refund infact they charged me 2 more times!! I tried to get it straightened out and failed. I have called corporate and they are of no help either!!! So yes put a dispute in with our CC company but of course that takes time. DO NOT stay at this filthy and unprofessional place!!!
