Nothing at all and am still waiting for booking to refund my first two nights

Everything nothing was correct first and last time I use booking for anything, WE ARE STILL WAITING ON TWO NIGHT REFUND FOR OUR INCONVENIENCE THE FIRST 24 AND LAST 24 HRS . BOOKING AGENT SD IT WAS UNEXCEPTIONABLE AND OFFERED TWO NIGHTS BACK ON CARD , STILL NOT THERE. IM GOING TO TELL EVERYONE ABOUT THIS AND HOW TERRIBLE IT WAS

"The rooms can benefit from some TLC"

The room was very worn out. The bathroom curtain had mold all over the place. The carpet was damaged all around the room, caulking in the shower was falling off, and the room had a strong smell to something we couldnt figure out. Bed sheets were clean.

The Hurricane came through and lost power we still had to pay full price they had no candles or flas lights I had to purchase them myself
