"I would rather stay an hour away than ever go back to this place."

Close to the wharf

Could not reach anyone on the phone text or email. Went to the facility early &the guy was on his personal phone. He said to come back at 2 o’clock, If I want early check-in, I went back at 2 o’clock, and the new person on duty looked homeless, clothes filthy, door was locked ignored me, said no check in til 3 even though they had available rooms and offered early check In. During non-check-in times, you couldn’t even get help. No one was at the desk. Closed Room was not clean. Dirt, belongings in drawer. Dirt in fridge and on floor. Ac sounded like someone was drilling.
