Close to attractions

Most important was the lack of parking. They overbook parking spaces and if you get there late and all spaces are taken, you have to park on the street and go out before 8 am to put money in the meter or risk geting a ticket. Neither the hotel or the roooms looked like the pictures. Was old and needed paint. Vanity in bathroom needed to be replaced or painted. The mattress dipped in the middle and the pillows were hard as rocks. I had to roll up my down jacket to use as a pillow.

Parking situation sucked. It should be assigned. I don't mind paying a nightly rate for the spot assigned to the room.

I'm a long time repeat customer. The rooms are sizeable, comfortable & clean. I love they have a Keurig like coffee maker in the room. The overall quality keeps me coming back.

There was a big dog (with a big bark) in the room nextdoor that barked occasionally.

The location was awesome

I thought it could be a little cleaner it said non-smoking, but there was smoking right outside the door

Nothing I like!!!

-Not enough parking for the guest,, we have to park a block away from the motel room.. -No breakfast served.. -The Pool is dirty,, algae around it.. -We didn't have a good experience in our stay,, you guys can do better with your business if you want to..

Super close to the boardwalk only like 10mins walk everything was super close by really no need to drive receptionist was very nice!
