Our stay at the Shangri-la was wonderful - location was great and very central (near to shops, restos and the Esplanade for a stroll), the room was spacious and spotless, and staff were wonderfully friendly and prompt.

Noise came from the marina due to a super late night event, but this is no fault of the hotel's. In fact the hotel was very proactive in helping us with this. Kudos to them.

Not much, the whole complex needs some TLC. Very poor for what the you pay.

They need to spend some money on the place if they want people to come back. I am still waiting for my account ( which they said they would email). For me I would never stay there again.

Paid to upgrade to deluxe sea view and include breakfast and it was worth it. Received a complimentary bottle of wine to celebrate a birthday. Staff were fantastic and helpful.

Signage to the lifts is lacking. Found ourselves wandering around looking for the lifts. Found others doing the same. Additional signage in the hallways that indicates the location of the lifts would be helpful.
