Mr. shah, Khan and Foud are very great person. They helped us a lot. Hotel ambience is very good. They provide rental service as well.

Business trip to Houston was an easy and comfortable stay, Bar service and dining was great and I received the best service from Shah!

Kendall at the front desk was refreshing and informative. A breath of fresh air after a long day. The hotel is first class and located perfectly. You have access to many restaurants and there is plenty of shopping just a walk away.

Pro tip: Plug your Appletv, PlayStation, or Xbox into the box attached to the back of the TV, not directly into the tv. Then you can control the sound.

Every one and every thing was excellent!

Beware of confusing hidden charges and check your final bill carefully! When I checked out, my bill had multiple errors and overcharges. To the staff’s credit, the front desk employee was polite and worked to resolve the issues, but it still took nearly 40 minutes to get everything corrected. Hotel also charges a daily reservation or a resort fee of $25 plus tax. It wasn’t clear whether this applies to all guests or only those without a certain status. I am a Bonvoy Gold). The explanation given was that it encourages guests to purchase food and beverages at the hotel. However, this policy makes little sense because the hotel's coffee shop closes at 3 pm and the hotel's restaurant was always closed in the evenings. To offset the fee, the hotel uses a convoluted system of giving guests a $15 daily credit that they can redeem once in 24 hours at the coffee shop or through room service, however the coffee shop inflates its prices to offset it charging $8 for a cup of yogurt, $7 for a fruit cup. The entire setup felt confusing, overly complicated, and frankly like a scam.
