"Outpost remote work setup"

This hotel is in a great location across from the mall and the staff is friendly but the number one reason I stay here is because they offer this service called Outpost where you can get a full work remote setup delivered to your room (2 monitors, keyboard, mouse etc). Makes working while traveling 1000% times easier

I didn't stay here, but the hotel pool at the St Regis where I'm staying is closed for 2 days. A car from the Regis dropped me off here to use the pool. Clean and comfortable. The front desk staff were accommodating and provided me with a key and directed me to the pool. Alicia Norman assisted me with delivering food and beer to me poolside. I didn't even have to move lol. She was extremely friendly, patient, and we had a few good laughs. Keep up the good work Alicia! I'd stay here just due to her amazing customer service!

This hotel is centrally located, it's within walking distance to the Galleria, many restaurants, cute breakfast places and a Starbucks! The rooms were clean and perfect for our two night stay. The bathroom had awesome water pressure fyi! The gym in this hotel is amazing, there is space designated for yoga, plenty of room, and the cardio machines are separate from the weights and machines. They have a wide variety of options for weights. The pool is in the same area which is awesome because you can step outside and stretch. Highly recommend
