The people are nice the staff were nice felt comfortable there

The rooms were a little dated but comfortable the shower needed an upgrade you could tell it has been used for a long time

"Good i like how the place is right by the mall and restaurant's."

"Very overpriced with a lot of extra paperwork and hidden last minute fees"

getting into a pet friendly room was hassle free and i never felt pressure to get checked out quickly like i often experience at other hotels.

I got a pet friendly room right by key card door #7 for easy access and possible pet emergencies but almost as soon as i got there, they key card reader in the door broke and i was told not to prop the door open. I was still able to go out that door but to get back in the building I had to walk all the way around to a different door meaning my car was parked away from my room and I had to walk through extra hallway with my dog to get back into our room. Also, no continental breakfast which would have been fine except the restaurant was also closed. Also I was not informed until I got to the property that there was an additional $25 per night nonrefundable pet fee, whereas most places its only $10. Nor was I made aware that i would also have to pay a $100 incidental hold on my card until i checked in. $150 last minute could sometimes be all the extra money I have

The front desk man was nice and helpful.

They have a policy of a $100 deposit upon check-in. I have never had to do this at any hotel we have ever stayed at. The hallways were cold. Like they didn't have the heat on. Heater in our room was very loud and made loud banging noises. Our first room had a bug (not a bed bug) in the sheets. Asked to switch rooms. The next room was good until the heater started banging and TV didn't work. It wasn't worth the hassle. Very overpriced for a run down, tired hotel. Will never stay here again.

They closed their bar down early.When that was the whole reason I went there. They closed the pool down early but people were still in there. Few other things it just wasn't what they advertised.

That the closed thing found early.It wasn't what they said they were.
