The overall cleanliness was good of the entire hotel

There were no towels for the pool area, had to walk to front desk to get them. There were wet diaper insides on the floor in the pool area which you can’t see until you slip on the floor. I found hair in my shower that didn’t belong to me. The continental breakfast was horrible, no creamer stocked, coffee was stale, rolls were not at all good. I’ve stayed at worse hotels and the breakfast was amazing. I’d unfortunately give this place 2 stars.

"Very Good"

The room had a lot of room to spread out and not feel crowded. I felt safe in that room.

The heater fan was terribly loud when it kicked on and off. Woke me up many times. The light in the bathroom worked sporadically, didn't always turn on properly. The turntable in the microwave didn't function properly.

"More than likely wouldn't go back."

The shower pressure.

Thermostat didn't work. The room was warm and muggy. Remote/TV did t work. couldn't change the channel. Called front desk for assistance and said that they would be up, but never came. The pool floor was very slippery, saw multiple people, both old and young fall.
