"It was Okay"

The hotel provided what we needed, a night to stay after celebrating. The beds were not comfortable. They are extra small and ours weren’t even the same height. The lower one was on its last of its life span and when you layed on it your head was lower then your feet. Check in was fast and easy. I wouldn’t stay for more than a night.

Front desk staff were not helpful with questions. I think the front desk should have maps of College Station. Staff should be familiar with the area to be able to answer questions about directions.

"It was disappointing."

Only 1 usb port, bathroom super tiny, pillows lumpy, room tiny, barely enough room for a rollaway, smelled weird, staff didn’t refund me for getting moved to a different room style - I reserved a double and the gave me a king, they said they already gave away my reserved room. Was told I’d get 15% back. Hasn’t happened yet.

Front desk staff were excellent…friendly and helpful. Room was clean, but could stand some repairs to light fixtures, electrical outlets, carpet and molding. Breakfast was wonderful and made my stay enjoyable.

"Stay anywhere else."

This was the worst Hampton I've stay in, to many things were broken to list. This location is multiple decades overdue for updates. Breakfast besides being cold, there were only 3 pieces of sausage first thing in the morning, after 20 minutes there still wasn't more added.
