Dirtiest Hilton property I’ve ever seen. Very filthy. Wallpaper is peeling and stained, ceiling in falling in, light fixtures are rusted and damaged, paint is worn off or chip on almost every service. Carpet looks like it has never been cleaned.

I’m generally ok to sleep just about anywhere. But I’m going to be fair. The food at breakfast was great. The room was very clean but no sheets or blanket for the sofa bed. I don’t nitpick but defects don’t get fixed if you tell the front desk. A wall sconce (that is a wall lamp to the uneducated) was crooked and I touched it like Monk, and fell sideways. The body soap in the shower was empty. Other than that the stay was 4 stars.

Kid got stuck in elevator and we had to rescue her staff was is no rush and seemed like they didn’t care about child stuck on elevator

The continental breakfast had hot food like eggs, sausage, and potatoes. Hotel had free fresh baked cookies in the evening.

The pictures of the outside can be deceiving. My hubby said if he would have known what the outside looked like he would have picked somewhere else. Low dated ceilings and interior as well. I’m not picky and don’t care about any of that stuff. I only need a hotel to sleep in, k no it hang out in. Severed its purpose for me.

The beds are spring mattresses and not very comfortable. The bedspread is thin and worn out and did not provide much warmth. No additional blankets were available in the room. I recommend the TVs be upgraded to allow streaming services or at a minimum, casting ability to watch through the user's phone.

Staff were cheerful. Cookies were great

Gaps around the doors, tired deco, terrible breakfast with paper plates and plastic cutlery.

The building is being renovated and should be closed down until the process is complete. Having this opened during this process hurts the Hilton brand. Smells bad, paint peeling from ceiling, one elevator is out of order, electrical wires visible, and the list goes on.
