We were not pleased with the breakfast.

No biscuits and gravy. Wife said coffee was not good.

The location.

The comforter is dirty. It has fresh stain. The pillows are old 😴 😪. I always used Hampton every time we travel and I never experienced how dirty it is. There was a paint scraper in the bathroom. I am sorry but but these place need big time renovation. The carpet is dirty. I am very disappointed

The rooms were very musty and the place was under construction. The water in the gym was out there was no place for water.

Upon arrival I was shocked at the difference in the appearance both, inside and out. Yellow, dingy walls that look like you could scrape layers of nicotine off to match the stale smoke tinged aroma of the building. The elevator was scary at best. Not sure how it passed any inspection in March 2025. I use digital check in - which was a good idea seeing as there was absolutely no one around the lobby when I arrived. Made to the 2nd floor. When I exited the creaky elevator I was met with dirty looks and attitude from staff hanging out in the hallways. As I approach my room I notice an exit door to the street level open and unlocked. Great for making you feel secure! The room. When I entered (May 19th) the heater was on full blast. Very refreshing after being in the Texas heat outdoors. The room was pungent in the cigarette smell and falling apart. The furniture was literally missing chunks. Lighting did not work. Oh and add that there's no curtains so the outside security lights beam in basic daylight level brightness - don't expect to sleep. I have never been so quick to lock and double check a door in my life. I thought to myself, it's 1 night. Yup. 1 night of no sleep in a stale cigarette drenched, delapitated hotel. Convenient, friendly, helpful staff, clean

Shower door on handle side wouldn’t open. Had to reach from other side and get wet trying to turn on shower. Missing mouldings everywhere, worn out light shades, dirty carpets. Filty luggage carts. Picked the cleanest one and it was still nasty. Internet cable bundles running down the hallways like this is a 3rd world country. Had booked for 2 nights, so bad we ended up checking out early. Haven’t had to do that in years.

Property is dirty. The bed was falling apart and wallpaper is peeling off the wall.
