Everything was great breakfast was great the elevator smell. really bad but maybe cause the construction. men was there but everything was great i been at this places 2xs and this is when i been coming again am moce to atx abd will be recommending? my friends ti stay here . thanks again

I cannot believe this hotel carries the Hampton brand. The towels were wet, the baseboards had jagged edges poking out, very scared furniture, and terrible cigar smoke in room. The outside was filthy as was the hallway. Breakfast was moldy bread, raw bacon, rubber cheese omelets, and cold oatmeal.

I’m currently staying at the Hampton Inn College Station and was very disappointed with the cleanliness of the room and the lack of concern from staff. When I arrived and went to take a shower, I found a dirty, used towel still hanging in the shower. I immediately called the front desk to report it, but instead of offering a solution, I was told that “the cleaning crew hadn’t arrived yet”, even though I had already checked into the room. What was most frustrating was how dismissive the staff seemed about the issue. I had to be persistent just to get someone to come and clean the room. While it was eventually taken care of, the lack of urgency and professionalism was disappointing. Cleanliness and basic hospitality should never be overlooked, and unfortunately, my experience fell short of what I expect from the Hampton/Hilton brand. I hope this is addressed to prevent similar situations for future guests.

Avoid! The hotel charge $50 more than the reservation I made. Front desk told us to contact manager and he would resolve. I have emailed and called, no response. He has not responded to Hilton’s customer service. Would avoid!

Very shabby. Furniture is scarred and scratched. Carpet is nasty. Shower door does not slide. If this is a franchised location the franchisee should be ashamed. These conditions have really eroded the Hampton inn brand. I will be trying the newer Hilton brands line TRU from Now on.

Front desk : not welcoming , not a good customer service to people need to improve for your business . Room was humid , bed is not comfortable st all need to change it , room mirror was dirty did not clean well . House keeping staffs are good , very pleasant communicating well . Adding 25$ more but not explaining why additional money needed , need to get more welcoming people in front desk . Not recommended this place to anyone in future. Elevator place is very dirty need to clean every day .
