"Old and shabby"

They are in desperate need of an upgrade. Everything is old and outdated. The room was largely clean, BUT there were crumbs in the dresser drawers and as I was checking the closet when I left I found a filthy, disgusting towel from a previous guest. Repairs (and probably original construction of the room are shoddy. Poor caulking jobs, rusting metal fixtures, broken glass on the mirror, damage to desk from overuse (chair scraping it), stains on the chair, and an incredibly creaky bed frame. On the plus side, the AC worked well and seemed like a newer model. Staff at the front desk were fair. Not necessarily friendly, but at least competent. Breakfast was meh. Standard Hampton. The only fruit was some apples out on a table. Time in the elevator was shattered. I won’t return until after they’ve been renovated.

Super good beds and pillows Breakfast amazing and good choices the staff kept it fresh and spotless. Nice lobby and breakfast/ coffee area.

Rooms need updating and especially the bathtubs shower area. Clean but impossible for the staff to get all the old grunge out. The elevator area wallpaper was stapled all around it to keep it up. $40 more a nite than in gulf shores our next stop and not near as nice. Also both bathroom door and outer door either didn’t shut or you had to kick and slam it to open and shut. Bothered the neighbors.

Everything good

We couldn’ turn tv off and we had to unplug it. Lamp on right side of the bed not working.. Internet were slow Room door card key won’t let us open the door to go our room..

It was hard to get the air to work this time the bed seems smaller I ask for two queen beds but got a full the pillow was flat no shower gel in room I ask bout them but they didn't do anything bout it they took my used towels didn't bring clean ones this was my second stay I come through every two three weeks just hope they do better next stay

I had a wonderful stay at the Hampton Inn. The gym is clean, breakfast is great! The pool area has lot's of chairs. The rooms are very clean!
