Dined at Baleen . The food was excellent and the service provided by Adriano was outstanding. His description of the various dishes was very helpful. We were celebrating a birthday and his singing was outstanding.

This was an incredible dinner. They sat us on the beach overlooking the sunset, and we had one of the best dinners we’ve ever had. We truly enjoyed every bit… the food, the view, the drinks, and the service. Adriano was the best server we had all weekend, and we stayed at the Ritz, ha! (They were great too - he was just extra awesome).

I cannot write highly enough about the dinner we had here… my fiance and I eat out a lot and love trying new places around the country, and this place was one of our favorites of all time. The food was absolutely incredible: oysters, filet, carrot cake, squid ink pasta, shallots… and more. Also, I am a glutton for amazing service and this place takes the cake. Adriano was the perfect mix of giving us space and being fun and attentive. He celebrated our engagement with us and made us feel very welcomed. We deeply appreciate his service this evening - request to be seated in his area!!!

Not only was the food amazing, but the location is beautiful as well. Adriano took great care of us and made the whole evening a fantastic experience. Definitely one of the best restaurants in Naples

My husband and I loved our time at LaPlaya. We did couples massage (de-stress) with Raul and Esther. They were professional and had gentle yet firm strokes. Our favorite parts fore hot stones on the soles of the feet. We will be coming back to the spa for facials.

If you want a place that pretends to be a 5 star hotel than this place is for you. After hosting my wedding here last year and not having the best experience I was willing to try to celebrate my anniversary here. Service was awful and little to no acknowledgement of my anniversary was mentioned. Stained silverware on the table was noticeable when we first sat down even after there was a thirty minute delay to be seated. My wife was afraid there would be no acknowledgement of our anniversary where she mentioned to the waiter that it was our anniversary and that we were married at this location last year where the waiter responded with " I know , I was going to bring you something for dessert". Great I suppose, no follow up or anything. Forgetting to mark for entrees while the food sat on the table is not great and when the busser went to clear our entrees he didn't even ask if I wanted to take any of the left overs with us. When this was addressed with the busser he said oh awesome while he took our dirty plates to another table while he went to speak to other guests. No check in from management, nothing. After spending tens of thousands of dollars here you would expect some acknowledgement, anything. A five star hotel is supposed to be about personalization and after repeated opportunities to provide such services I would advise anyone that could would be go to the Ritz Carlton up the street We wanted to make this a yearly tradition but this property felt short of making us feel like valued guests . And p.s., if you wanted to make this right you could since you have all our contact information from last year but your more interested in giving empty platitudes and a trite response
