Fairfield Inn & Suites by Marriott Temple Belton

Very helpful and cordial staff, quiet and clean

The hotel was fine. The bed was in need of repair. The staff was very friendly. My main complaint is the lack of maid service, I would like to have clean towels without having to call down and ask for them.

Easily accessible location from the Interstate.

I specifically chose a room with a couch so I can sit in the couch and watch TV. You couldn’t see the TV from the couch. The only usb charger was in the alarm clock.

This property is very close to Baylor Scott and White Medical Center in Temple. The breakfast had many choices and was delicious.

Twice a year we visit Belton Lakes and our #1 place to stay has always been Fairfield inn by Marriott. 10 out of 10 hands down!

They remodeled since the last time we were there. Very nice place to stay and breakfast had lots to Offixer.

After driving hours upon hours we were informed that the hotel was having repairs because they had a tornado sweep through their city. The hotel was the ONLY hotel that didn't allow the guest to have a room. People who booked months in advance such as myself and others were not allowed a room. Other surrounding hotels were not taking new guest BUT they were allowing the previous guest who already had reservations stay. So I felt the least they could do was accommodate as every hotel was experiencing the same thing. The general manager was not empathetic at all and borderline racists. They had power throughout the hotel and i'm wondering why they couldn't allow the reservations to follow suit just as other surrounding hotels did.

Reservation was cancelled due to tornado the week before. Hotel emailed me, but I’m still waiting on refund from Hotels.com. I spoke with Hotels.com customer service and sent a copy of the letter that was emailed to me about the cancellation.

The staff were very friendly and cooperative.
