Days Inn by Wyndham Newark Wilmington

On our first morning, coffee was gone at 7 AM. Juice machine was broken, and stale muffins were on display. Really sad reception. The rug in the room was so dirty my white socks became black. There was mold on the wall in the bathroom. And the door was splintered. I would think a company would like to put travelers separate from smokers and non-smokers. When we walked to our families room, there are many people outside smoking. They were also quite noisy. There was evidence that they were more permanent.

Initial booking was to include free breakfast. The only option was coffee, tea, oatmeal and muffins. this was not what was indicated on the website when I booked the room.

The bed room floors where dirty the bathroom had mold the curtains had stain along with the lights shave covers. The only good thing I can say about this motel is that the bed were comfortable, but it should be condemned.

First room smelled of smoke, staff promptly gave me a new room…had a musty odor but was tolerable. Price was right but room was noticeably old with some stains on the couch. Maid service was prompt each day and made the bed even after I told them I didn’t need anything that day.

No breakfast was available and the owner said they ordered muffin and cereal a few days back and hasn’t arrived. We had just coffee and granola bars . Very upset .. The pillow covers in the room had cigarette smell in a non smoking room.

Not very clean, refrigerator leaks drug addicts having outside rooms

It was fine since we were just traveling through. But breakfast was described differently. It was less than they had on website.
