Most of the room was ok, although a slight rank smell/scent I noticed in the bathroom. Overall, the room was fair.

Place was extremely outdated, run down & dirty. Lobby was closed- had to go in a bulletproof vestible to check in thru a small window. All rooms open to outside. Do not recommend

Property was expected for price. Check-in was great. Had to wear socks or shoes in room due to dirty carpet & felt damp. Comfy bed. Rod to hangup clothes was in bathroom. Noise outside but could have been from non-guests. Needed room for early appointment at Christiana Care.

I wouldn’t wish this experience on anyone. The motel was in terrible condition — dirty, reeking of smoke, with damaged furniture and an overall sense of neglect. The staff seemed completely unaware of how uninhabitable the place was. It was so bad I couldn’t even stay the night. There was no hot water when I tried to shower, and I didn’t feel safe enough to sleep there — I was genuinely concerned about the possibility of bed bugs. The entire experience was disturbing, and I had no choice but to leave. Avoid this place at all costs.

Was the only place available for my family and I . Woke up to a bed bug sucking on my arm reported it and only got less than half of my money back for my reservation.
