The location was excellent and easy to get to.

The bathroom in our room was very small / tight with no room to store toiletries or maneuver at the sink.

Rooms are nice, grounds are beautiful, local area surrounding hotel is high-end.

The fact that we booked through Booking.com (third party), seemed to cause a few issues. I reserved a room with two double beds, but was given a king room instead. They said they were completely booked, and didn’t receive the request because we didn’t book it directly through them. I also reserved another room for my mom (using my credit card) with the intent that she would actually pay for it when we arrived. Again, something the people at check-in said they couldn’t do, because we booked with a “third party”. Lastly, I was given a free bottle in a small bag at check in. My mother asked for one too, but they said they could only provide it to the person who made the reservation!! I couldn’t believe it! Even the valet guy stopped us from using a luggage cart just sitting in the lobby. Apparently, he is the only one permitted to use it. But, then of course, be ready to tip… Overall, I’m not sure if all the problems were caused by the “third-party booking”, or the uncooperative staff. Either way, our check-in was disappointing.

Aufgeräumtes Tagungshotel mit sehr guter Lage. Zimmereinrichtung bereits älter, aber sehr sauber und funktional einwandfrei. Der Zeitgeist ist heute anders, aber die Einrichtung ist nicht unangenehm.

Manchmal unangenehmer Geruch (muffig) aus der Klimaanlage. Fenster sind verschlossen, wie in den USA allgemein üblich.

Property ok.

I booked a Kingbed room but got two double beds. The mattress is losing the support on one side. Also there is no Tea Kettle to borrow from front desk. We had been told to visit the kitchen to get our bottle filled up. Thank you. Has to use the coffee machine to do a cup of water a time. Not good for long term stay, if you are tea drinker . Not only our room is more expensive than my friends booking, we paid full amount t with Booking.com we have to pay extra at property for additional tax.
