Clarion Pointe Beckley

The desk clerk was very friendly and tried his best to help us. We reserved a handicapped room because my husband can't walk very far. Well the handicapped room was on the second floor and at the very end of a long hallway from the elevator. He found us another room but it didn't work for my husband.

There was blood on the mattress cover under the sheet on the bed next to the window. There was no hot water in the morning so my shower was cold. Staff was friendly.

Easily accessible to 77 and many gas and food options available

Room ridiculously cold, carpet torn and fretted near entrance of room real trip hazard!!! Self serve breakfast area has too much carbs, like the waffle station, need to remove eggs from fridge, no way to prepare, should offer possible prepackaged micro sausage or bacon option

Horrible!! Room was dirty. The whole hotel was dirty for that matter. Waited at the front desk for over 15 minutes for someone to show up and check me in. She said they were short staffed, and she was doubling as a laundress! I would not stay here again.

The room was nice clean beds were small but comfortable. And you accept pets and don't discriminate against people that have them.

The pool didn't work. And that is the other main thing we always make sure they have when we travel. No body told us when we booked the rooms. We like having a pool or hot tub.
