"Friendly Front Desk"

The hotel is/was under construction on a couple of the floors. Never the less, the room I stayed in was nice and clean. Service staff deserves a 5 Star. Very courteous and helpful. Very large variety of breakfast items was a nice accomodation. I will stay here next time I am in Wichitas.

Rude front desk. Had to swipe my card 3 times after it said approved. The plug in don’t work. The toilet squeaks the door doesn’t lock unless you pick up the door to lock it. USB chargers are broke and don’t work. Tv doesn’t work no conditioner or body wash toilet ran all night.

"If pool is not going to be open you must express that to customers"

It was a comfortable stay , staff really good , breakfast really good with exception to the gravy it was horrible

Well the pool was not in operation this was a huge set back as this is a very important part of the stay to my daughter I feel like we should have been told up front

"Very Good Nice Hotel Staff Friendly"

Very friendly greeting. Gave us little snacks and free, cold water. Room was really nice. It had just been remodeled. Huge bathroom it was very handicapped friendly. Shower very nice with lots of grab bars. If you are handicapped this is the room to get. Breakfast was good. Eggs were fresh. An attendant was there keeping everything well stocked.

"Worst experience"

This was the worst Hampton we’ve ever stayed at. Their ceiling is caving in, breakfast was terrible, our toilet wouldn’t flush unless we took the lid off to fill the toilet and we had no hot water at night. We weren’t notified that the pool wasn’t heated or room temperature it was ice cold so nobody could swim. Hot-tub was down and we weren’t notified either.
