"Room is OK but could use an upgrade. "

Nice staff. Room was clean. Bathroom needs upgraded showing signs of mold around the bathtub and in corners of the room. I’ve stayed there before and will again because of location to I-40 and OKC.

"do not falsely advertise that you have an EV charger"

location off interstate

non-smoking room smelled like smoke. it was advertised as having an EV charger; that is the primary reason I booked it. yet when I arrived it did not have a charger. please remove that as an amenity so no one else gets fooled.

Had an excellent stay at Hampton Inn Shawnee. Allyson at check in was wonderful and friendly. Breakfast was amazing both mornings we were there. The room was clean and comfortable. Bed was great. Jennifer at checkout was so lovely and friendly. She made me feel “home.” Highly recommend !
