Please note that Park Regis North Quay requires a credit card pre-authorization upon check in, regardless of any pre-payment. The person registering at check-in must be at least 18 years of age. You must show a valid photo ID and credit card upon check-in. This credit card must be in the same name as the guest's name on the booking confirmation. A copy of the photo ID may be retained by the accommodations provider to minimize the risk of fraudulent credit card usage and for verification purposes with your credit card provider. Please note that cash is not accepted at the property. All payments must be made by credit, debit or EFTPOS card. Please note that there is a 0.9% charge when you pay with a Visa or Mastercard credit card, a 3.5% charge when you pay with a Diners Club credit card and a 3.5% charge when you pay with an American Express credit card.
