Booked online. Drove 12 hours to end up in the trap/blade hotel. Noisy, with people arguing all hours of the night. Wouldn't wave the pet fee because my dog is an ESA and not a service dog. Don't go there if you like clean sheets, a room with a trash can, and pillow cases without burn wounds

Run down, sketchy "guests," dirty, smokey AC, mold, rust, patched walls, broken lamp, no toiletries. Considered canceling and demanding a refund but decided to tolerate it. At check in, the employees mentioned people conducting various types of "business."

Adequate parking but rooms could use a refresh.

This property was extremely dirty. It smelt like spoiled food and mold in the hallways. There were stains on the floors and hallways in the hotel. And its in the process of being renovated. The first room I was given had a couple in it already being intimate, and the ran out when I opened the door. The second room’s toilet wasn't attached to the floor or plumbing. The third room was fine but, when I needed extra towels they had none available. The area itself is unsafe. There are shady characters walking around some dirty disheveled and talking to themselves all hours of the day and night. When I checked into the hotel the front desk associate had a man behind the counter with her who looked under the influence and kept asking me and my mother for a charger, which was unsettling to say the least. If you value your safety and help please run don't walk to a different hotel. The worst experience I have ever had with a hotel. When I finally left to go to my airbnb I cried out of joy. -10 out of 10

They need to paint replace carpet fix windows they are boarded up fix doors clean bullet holes in doors they have been broken into my option it’s a hooker hotel

I found some items in room on my second day that I believe someone had been in my room and it was not housekeepers

This property needs better cleaning the rooms smell old.. The first room I was in the toilet didn’t flush properly and the refrigerator wasn’t working. The second room they sent me to the baseboards were falling apart and the tub wasn’t clean and tv wasn’t working. The third room the water was running all over the sink. There was all kinds of people hanging out on the property and some dude asking my son for a cigarette. I would not book here again . I don’t care if it is one or not.

The property could use a handy person or two-broken lamp shade and power outlet near sink. Wall damage but repairs not painted. Syringe on ground near stairs.

We decide to go out as a couple. It got late and Started raining and we decided to spend the night in the city. We got there we were very tired. When we got in the room we noticed the room were very hot we turn the ac on and went to sleep. Ac was some what working and since the room were very hit we though it will take some time to cool down. We got there by 1am 3 hours later we woke up all sweaty and very hot. We start calling the front desk and they never picked up. The ac was coming in and out “malfunctioning” we decided to give it a little bit maybe the room will get cooler. 1 hour later the same thing 5 am we couldn’t take it no more we went straight to front desk. The lady was on her phone having a a blast I’m assuming that’s the reason she didn’t take my phone calls earlier. We explained her the situations. She changes us to another room. In our way to the other room we noticed a lot of homeless and people smoking weed definitely felt very uncomfortable to walk around there that late. We got into the room and this time the from was dirty it didn’t even have power the ac was disconnected it was very clear they were working in it. A total mess at that point we decided to to leave. We got to the front desk again and we told her what we saw and she told me nothing she can do. I asked her to cancel and she told me she can’t. I ask for my $100 cash deposit yes cash be raise the deposit couldn’t be in the card has to be cash here. Again she told she can’t

Service was quick but the area is shady. A few people were hanging out by the hotel. All the people looked like they were up to no good.
