Me gusta mucho la ubicación, la comida y la atención del botones en particular, he sido cliente frecuente por varios años, al menos 4 veces por año

La habitación que me dieron originalmente estaba muy sucia, después nos cambiaron pero había que subir escaleras y la verdad preferí cancelar y cambiarme a otro hotel, pedí me regresaran mi dinero ya que yo había pagado por anticipado 15 días de estancia y es la fecha que no he recibido nada

Para entrar por el estacionamiento debes esperar a que alguien te abra o rodear hasta la entrada principal

Al solicitar una segunda tarjeta llave para mi esposa el recepcionista de manera déspota me exigía que ella se registrara con identificación oficial del IFE en la recepción. Yo cumplí con registro al llegar y presenté mi identificación con lo cual cumplí con registro inicial . Esta petición no cumple con la constitución y leyes mexicanas de privacidad y libertad. Es absurdo su requisito de registrar a toda la familia uno por uno con identificación oficial.
