Ubicación excelente

Solicité pagar al ingresar sin embargo cuando llegue ya se habían cobrado un día de garantía. Presente mi identifición, y tarjeta crédito sin embargo no la aceptaban pues no traía mi nombre escrito la tarjeta. Muy incómodo el que recibieran mi tarjeta.

Somos personas con problemas en movilidad y para nuestra sorpresa nos asignarion segundo piso y no tienen elevador. Los colchones están demasiado aguados... tanto que la espalda no descansa

"Excelente ubicación, área de oportunidad en la limpieza."

La ubicación es excelente, para nuestro viaje fue un punto medio de todo lo que necesitábamos. El personal de recepción y vigilancia fueron muy amables y eficientes. Es muy fácil estacionarse.

La habitación estaba MUY sucia. En el frigobar estaba la comida de los huéspedes anteriores, el lavamanos tenía manchas de café (las manchas estuvieron ahí durante los 4 días y 3 noches de nuestra estancia). A nuestra llegada había una envoltura de chicle atrás de la puerta del baño y ahí estuvo toda nuestra estancia. No la recogí para ver si era mi idea de la limpieza. El escritorio tenía el cristal sucio, como de restos de comida, nunca le pasaron un trapo.

The bed was really comfortable. The staff at the reception was very friendly.

The room had three steps to get to the beds. There was a lot of noise in the street. The bathroom was old and I never had really hot hot water.
