We have stayed at this property several times and it has gone downhill. There was no plug in the sink, the body wash bottle in the shower was empty, and there was no tray in the room so we could bring our breakfast up to eat it there. We were staying there for 2 nights and the second morning I asked the maids to give us fresh towels and empty the trash. They said no problem but when we came back to the room it hadn’t been done. The worse part was we paid $300 a night for this to happen.

I’m really disappointed in this hotel. The first room we were given still had dog hair on the sheets and smelled of mildew. The elevator floor was sticky all 5 days we were there and desperately needs service before it completely breaks down. The breakfast area tables had crumbs/food from the prior day everyday, dead cock roaches on the floor in front of waffle station, all trash cans overflowing not to mention there is NO light cleaning in the actual room so people just put their overflowing trash cans outside their rooms to sit all week. There’s stains all over the hallway carpet. The bananas put out at breakfast look to be a full week past ripe. Front desk staff was pleasant. Location was good for tournament we were in town for. Pool is a quiet retreat.

The room was pretty beat up. No nightstand on both sides of bed , looked to be torn off. Furniture was all stained . Cabinets were coming apart . Pool area was not maintained at all. I actually picked the cushions up off ground which were filthy and fixed all the chairs while at the pool. No flowers in pots , just weeds . The hotel has potential.

The complimentary breakfast was better than what is normally found. The staff was nice, polite, & helpful.
