Hampton Inn Cartersville

Conveniently located just off I-75 yet it has a remarkably quiet feel as it is on a hill surrounded by trees.

The staff was great and gave great customer service. I like the blueprint of the hotel.

What I didn't like was the Hampton Sign from the street was not visual for view. It was hidden behind some bushes and if you didn't pay great attention you would have missed it. I suggest that you move the sign closer to the street corner so your guest who is not familiar with this area will be able to know when to turn into the parking lot. My bathroom was dirty. It was hair in the shower wall and it just made me want to vomit. As we were watching TV, it kept glitching and it was delayed when people talking didn't match.

Hard to locate from hwy 20

The staff at this Hampton Inn was very nice. Ashley Blanks was more than friendly and accommodating, even making a fresh pot of coffee at 8 pm. Room and bathroom were clean. The breakfast was limited- bacon would have been nice. The room was tiny and crowded. The carpet in both the lobby and the room was musty smelling. The walls were dingy, the bedspread a dingy looking white.

The beds are some of the worst I’ve ever felt in a hotel. The wall had some damage at the bottom that needed to be repaired. Considering there were other properties cheaper I should have gone else where.

A/C units

I stayed here for one night on a business trip. It was clean, the staff was very friendly and the location was just down the road from my conference. The decor is a little bit run down, specially in the breakfast area, but the room was spacious, the bed comfortable, the towels soft and the shower had great water pressure. It was a bit hard to find, as the sign is set back from the Highway and the hotel isn’t visible from the road. Overall a nice stay.

Bed was hard as a rock otherwise everything was okay
