Hampton Inn Cartersville

Overall it was good. The only exception was a very noisy or squeaking bed frame... The breakfast was get and the service was great.

Great stay

Check in was easy and the staff were friendly and professional.

Poor breakfast. Stained hallway carpet. Dirty elevator.

The accessible room (330) we booked had only one hand bar in the tub/shower which was located on the far right and sort of high up, from where the faucet was located. A rubber mat would have been nice to have in the shower. We had no housekeeping on one of the days. I was able to get fresh towels at 10:00pm after being out all day. We could not really enjoy the large screen TV because the Live TV channels were not connected to the internet. We had a very limited selection of what we could watch. Since we were taking a short vacation this is not what we were going for at all. I did double check at check-in to make sure we had an accessible room and was told yes it was. She offered to switch our room to a king room with a roll-in shower, we did need 2 beds. At check out I brought up these 3 items and was told they were short handed and that she would tell the manager. On a more positive note this hotel does offer a convenient location, plenty of parking, and was very clean overall.

The air conditioning didn’t work, the TV didn’t work, the refrigerator didn’t work. All night, long and morning there was thumping and running right above us, kept us up all night on top of being extremely hot. We talked to the staff and she said there’s nothing she could do about it.. The one and only staff member they had there was very unhelpful and didn’t even attempt to help us in anyway. The manager, of course, was not on duty. I will never stay here again or recommend it. The good thing is the towels were clean and good, the bedding was clean

Hard to check in- no one answered the phone on a Sunday. Great breakfast bar!
